WE’RE Hiring: Part-Time Production Manager (No Experience Needed)

  We’re a small, creative team looking for a part-time Production Manager — someone who’s organized, easy to work with, and curious about how things get made behind the scenes.

 No experience? Totally fine. We care more about your mindset than your resumé.

What You’ll Do

• Help us keep projects running smoothly — from shoot days to delivery

• Keep track of schedules, tasks, and gear

• Coordinate logistics, bookings, and crew communication

• Be the glue that keeps everything moving behind the scenes

What We’re Looking For

• You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in

• You don’t need to know everything — just be ready to learn and show up

• You’re a good communicator talking to people, (texts, emails, — all of it)

• You’ve got basic tech comfort (Google Drive, Word, spreadsheets, etc.)

If you’ve ever organized a group trip, made a shared calendar, or ran a school project — you’re already halfway there.
